WB PollMonitoring App

The WB PollMonitoring App is the official mobile application developed for the Poll Monitoring System of the Chief Electoral Office, West Bengal. It is designed exclusively for authorized election officials such as the Returning Officer (RO), Assistant Returning Officer (ARO), Sector Officer, and Presiding Officer to collect and submit poll-related information. Usage is strictly limited to designated polling days and authorized personnel.

This application facilitates timely and accurate reporting by enabling Presiding Officers to send poll process updates via SMS using a prescribed format or directly through the app. Data collected reflects on the Poll Monitoring website, ensuring efficient monitoring at all levels during elections. Mobile numbers of election officials are registered with specific mobile numbers on designated days, streamlining communication and data submission for better electoral process management.
