PerseFone360 turns your mobile phone into a complete extension of your company's virtual PBX. Make and receive calls with your corporate number, manage customer chats, and handle call forwarding without needing a landline on your desk.

MODULES BY SECTOR
Depending on the module you have activated in your dashboard, the app adds a specific tab for your business: restaurant reservations, hairdresser appointments, dental charts and medical records for dental clinics, vaccination records for veterinarians, or a knowledge base.

WHAT YOU NEED TO USE IT
PerseFone360 is a professional tool: you need a PerseFone360 virtual PBX extension. There is no registration within the app. Your PBX administrator will give you a pairing code from the dashboard; you enter it once, and the mobile phone will be linked to your extension.

To try the app without a contracted PBX, there is a demo mode with a real test account: on the pairing screen, tap the logo five times and enter the code 000000.

TECHNICAL NOTES
The app maintains a foreground service to preserve the SIP registration while running in the background, so incoming calls ring without having to open the app. On some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Samsung), you need to exclude the app from battery optimization. Settings → "Battery & background" takes you directly to the system panel and the manufacturer's guide.
