This android app needs work. I've used it for decades on my desktop (awesome) and on an iPhone (more than adequate) and didn't balk at paying for a service -- but this month we moved to android and I find I've: 1 - lost the ability to edit descriptions and notes. 2 - lost my selection of how to display at opening. I prefer last entry to show. 3 - added an oddity: when I Save, the current display does not show the last entry before the Save, sometimes no change between two Save actions.

it was great. I didn't mind it going to a paid subscription but after a couple years of not seeing any improvement, I cannot justify paying any more

Best app I have found. Been using if for years. Easy to add/delete recipes, sync, shopping list is great. Just wish we could add more than one photo. Like if you want to show steps on a recipe.
