Employee Portal is the employee app for companies running the Peak Insights workforce system. It is a private business tool - you sign in with the work email and PIN issued by YOUR company's HR department (no public sign-up).

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Check in and out using on-device face recognition.
- Automatic GPS attendance tracking during your shift only - it starts when you check in and stops when you check out.
- View your HR profile, contract and payslips, and request changes (approved by HR).
- Receive company announcements and chat directly with HR (send files/photos).
- Managers can see their team's live attendance and locations.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
- Your face is stored as a secure template on the company server only - never shared externally.
- Location is collected only during an open work shift, and the app clearly discloses this before requesting permission.
- One phone is bound to one employee to protect attendance integrity.

ماذا يمكنك أن تفعل
- تسجيل الحضور والانصراف بالتعرف على الوجه على الجهاز.
- تتبّع الموقع (GPS) أثناء الوردية فقط - يبدأ مع الحضور ويتوقف مع الانصراف.
- عرض ملفك وعقدك وقسائم راتبك، وطلب تعديل بياناتك (باعتماد الموارد البشرية).
- استقبال إعلانات الشركة والتواصل مع الموارد البشرية (إرسال ملفات وصور).
- يرى المديرون حضور فريقهم ومواقعهم مباشرةً.

الخصوصية والأمان
- تُخزَّن بصمة وجهك كنموذج آمن على خادم الشركة فقط - ولا تُشارك خارجيًا.
- يُجمع الموقع أثناء الوردية فقط، ويوضّح التطبيق ذلك بوضوح قبل طلب الإذن.
- يُربط كل هاتف بموظف واحد لحماية سلامة الحضور.
