Premium HR is the mobile employee portal for organizations using Premium Tech HR Hub. Sign in with your company account and manage everyday HR tasks from your phone—wherever your policy allows.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard — See your overview, notifications, meetings, and quick actions based on your role permissions.
• Attendance — Clock in and clock out with GPS location. When enabled by your employer, verify attendance with face recognition and stay within your assigned geofence.
• Leave — View leave balances, submit leave requests, and track approval status.
• Expenses — Submit expense claims and follow their progress.
• Payroll — Access payslips and payroll information when your company enables it.
• Tasks & meetings — View assigned tasks, mark work complete, and see today’s meetings and details.
• Profile — View your employee profile (department, manager, contact details) and update your profile photo.
• Messages & more — Stay connected with in-app messaging and HR updates (features depend on your company setup).
BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
Premium HR connects securely to your company’s HR Hub backend. Available menus and actions depend on permissions set by your administrator—not every user sees every feature.
REQUIREMENTS
• A valid employee account on your organization’s HR Hub / Odoo instance
• Internet connection
• Location permission for attendance (and camera for face attendance or profile photo when required)
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your data is processed on your employer’s systems. Location and camera are used only for features your company enables (such as attendance verification). Contact your HR or IT administrator for account access, password reset, or data questions.
