Opiniones de usuarios

The most frequently mentioned problem is that the app hangs during login or fails to launch, leaving users unable to access rewards or account funds. Reinstalling and other common troubleshooting steps often do not resolve it. Users also report frustrating account and card-management limitations and an outdated interface. When functional, the app is valued for tracking rewards and points toward free drinks.

Ventajas

Can track reward points and progress toward free drinks when the app works.
Provides a convenient way to view or manage rewards and account information.

Contras

Many users report being unable to log in because the app gets stuck loading or shows errors; reinstalling and other troubleshooting often do not help.
Several users say the app stopped launching or working after an update.
Account and card management is difficult: users report trouble registering or combining cards, changing phone numbers or store locations, and editing profile details.
Users describe the interface as outdated or confusing, and some report limited or ineffective support for persistent problems.

Reseñas recientes

The 5 stars is more for Big foot java itself rather than the app. I've loved bigfoot since they first showed up in my neighborhood over twenty years ago, 5 stars for nostalgia, memories, and not being Starbucks. The app has never worked and I've been getting drinks for years. Got a new phone and poof the app works. Probably a lot of wasted points but hey it works now.
