The 5 stars is more for Big foot java itself rather than the app. I've loved bigfoot since they first showed up in my neighborhood over twenty years ago, 5 stars for nostalgia, memories, and not being Starbucks. The app has never worked and I've been getting drinks for years. Got a new phone and poof the app works. Probably a lot of wasted points but hey it works now.
