I have been using OrelPay since 2020. BUT, their customer service is the worst. On Monday morning, I did a reload for my Dialog TV connection. The transaction status was marked as successful, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the Dialog hadn’t received any payment. I called OrelPay hotline and sent details through WhatsApp regarding the issue. It is now Wednesday night, and I still haven’t received any response from OrelPay regarding my ticket. Horrible customer service!

Update: Application is now running smoothly. Please add that coming soon options as soon as possible. Really love this app. Please bring the more good things. Can't do payments. Also, much slower application loading now. This app is far more better than its launched dates. I was at their launch & installed this app at that event. I actually like this app very much. Really easy to handle my almost every bill payments. Hoping thi app will increase their popularity among users. Thanks.
