The Paylocity Mobile App gives employees secure, 24/7 access to HR and payroll tools in one intuitive experience. Easily view paychecks and pay history, clock in and out, check schedules and timesheets, update personal information, submit receipts and expense reports, and use company cards with built-in controls. Push notifications keep you informed about approvals, chats, and pay availability, while Community provides a social hub for company updates and peer connection.

Supervisors can manage time-off requests, approve timecards and expenses, create and edit schedules, and handle journal entries for direct reports. Security features include biometric login options, encrypted communication, automatic session timeouts, and account lockouts after excessive failed attempts. To use the app, your employer must be a Paylocity client and an authorized user with Paylocity credentials; available features may vary by company and role.
