To maintain the highest level of data integrity, access is strictly limited to authorized staff.

Onboarding: Credentials (Company ID and Employee Code) are provided directly by the HR department.

Security: Employees can securely manage and reset their MPIN within the app to ensure private access to their sensitive records.

Multi-Factor Authentication: Integrated OTP verification ensures that your HR profile remains protected.

Leave Management: Apply for leaves, check your remaining balance, and track approval status directly from your mobile device.

📍 Field Employee Support & Location Tracking
For our field-based team members, the app includes a location-tracking feature to streamline remote operations.

Purpose: Location data is used to verify attendance for field visits and to optimize on-site task assignments.

Privacy: Location tracking is active only during designated duty hours and is handled in compliance with our internal privacy policy.

As an internal tool, we prioritize your data. All information—from your mobile number to your location—is encrypted and used solely for HR and payroll administrative purposes. The app does not share data with third parties.

Location: Select "Approximate location" and "Precise location."

Personal Info: Select "Name," "Email address," "User IDs," and "Phone number."

App Activity: Since it's an HRMS, select "User details/History."

Purpose: Mark these as "App Functionality" and "Fraud Prevention/Security."
