PowerHRMS

PowerHRMS is a secure workforce management application designed for employees and authorized workplace kiosk devices of organizations using the PowerHRMS platform.

Employees can use PowerHRMS to:

• Punch in and punch out for daily attendance
• View attendance history and work records
• Apply for leave and check leave balances
• Submit attendance and other workplace requests
• View payroll and payslip information when enabled
• Receive important workplace notifications
• Access employee services provided by their organization
• Use fingerprint or face authentication where supported

Workplace kiosk features may allow authorized employees to record attendance using employee identification, camera verification, and other methods configured by their organization.

Location may be used to confirm attendance at approved work locations. If live tracking is enabled by the organization, location may be collected while an employee is on duty and punched in. Location data is used only for attendance and workforce management purposes.

Camera access may be used for attendance selfies, document capture, QR scanning, and face verification. Biometric authentication may be used for secure access and attendance verification where supported by the device.

PowerHRMS is intended only for employees and authorized users of registered organizations. An account or activation ID provided by the employer or organization may be required. Available features depend on the organization’s configuration and policies.

PowerHRMS does not display advertisements and is not a public social networking application.
