Users consistently report that the app's barcode/product scanner is missing or malfunctioning, making it difficult to verify purchases and causing embarrassment at checkout. Many face login problems and issues with app stability such as crashes and lag. The Quick Links feature disappears, reducing app functionality. While the app links users to their account and balances, overall usability is poor with frequent bugs and lack of customer support options.

I was able to load the app, add my credentials, and logged in. I wish it had Biometrics (e.g., thumbprint) worked for login It seems everything works, even the product scanner. The scanner does not work on any browser or device. I tried chrome, safari, firefox, and edge, using an iPad and a Samsung smartphone. Scanned a couple of items that came back as on the approved list. When checking out and using the debit card, only one was paid for using OTC credits. POS.

Just installed it a couple days ago and the barcode scanner does not work. Tried a dozen different barcodes on products that I purchased with OTC benefits when I had Humana. I am also disappointed that I cannot buy OTC products online through supported stores like Walmart. No good.
