If I could give Halo Dog Collar customer service 10 paws, I absolutely would. Jessica deserves 5 paws all by herself. She was patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to keep both me and my four-legged escape artist on track. The live video tech support was incredible—it felt like having a dog-training genius right in my living room. The warranty process? Fast, painless, and actually honored without a bunch of hoops to jump through. I wasn't chasing my own tail! fantastic 50 paws.
