PawdyGene Breed Analysis and Breed Result
This analysis uses the genetic information of your dog. By testing the breed of your dog, it not only provides which dog breeds are included and the expected dog breeds of parents and grandparents, but also provides artificial intelligence prediction information by classifying the size of your dog into three steps. More than 1,000,000 markers (SNP) are used to identify dog breeds and using the 3,000 purebred database of 180 dog breeds, artificial intelligence algorithms and principal component analysis (PCA) are used to determine accurate dog breeds. The dog breed test may differ from the pedigree certificate, and the provided family tree is based on the ratio of the dog breed analysis results, so the information may differ from the actual breeding species.
In addition, using all of the purebred data acknowledged by the American Kennel Club (AKC), the standard value for determining the purebred of each breed was calculated. Standard values are different for each dog breed, and it is classified as purebred only when the value of the actual dog breed is higher than the corresponding value. Therefore, it can be classified as purebred even if the degree of the species is not 100%.
PawdyGene Size Prediction
We apply statistics and artificial intelligence (AI) to genetic information data consisting of more than 5000 samples to predict the weight and height of dogs. The algorithm (Designed by GenesisEgo®) for predicting weight and height is divided into three parts (1. Classify dog size by weight, 2. Weight prediction, 3. Height Prediction)

PawdyGene Healthcare Risk Result
We analyse the possibility of diseases by using the genetic information of your dog. More than 200 diseases are tested and the information on disease name, gene name, genetic pattern, and whether the genetic disease has been reported in a specific breed are provided. The selected diseases referred to OMIA(Online Mendelian Inheritance in Animals) and domestic and international academic data. Diseases are caused not only by genetic influences but also by the interaction of various environmental factors such as lifestyle and diet.

Therefore, this result cannot be used for diagnostic purposes, and consultation with a veterinarian is recommended if it is judged as at risk.
