I'm still battling with my digestive disorders, hence I take time to look at my emails. But I have faith in breath work. I found that it can be tough especially when you have issues locked inside. 2024-07-12	Ly*****	I use this app every day, most days several times during the day. I love that the sessions vary in length from 3 minutes to 45 minutes. This way i can squeeze in a sesaon when I'm busy or enjoy a longer session when I'm able to indulge.
