Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) has made many efforts to improve the health of women and men in the rural India under National Health Mission. Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT), being a government sector trust, has extended their support and has been an implementation partner with Central and State governments, focusing on public health issues. With the intent of improving family planning status in the country, HLFPPT is implementing medical services for rural areas of UP and Bihar and placements of ANMs/LHVs/Staff Nurses and Medical officers positioned at Medical VANS.

A Mentoring Application is envisaged to be a comprehensive, integrated information system designed to manage overall growth (in terms of service delivery) of the basic building block of the healthcare ecosystem- the clinical staff, by focusing on their mentoring needs, analysing their knowledge and skill by observational checklist and finding gaps and mentoring them accordingly to achieve the best practices for the services and efficient and effective skills to provide the best healthcare services.
