eSanjeevani - MoHFW

eSanjeevani - MoHFW is India’s National Telemedicine Service, developed by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. This Android app supports multilingual interfaces to facilitate assisted teleconsultations between doctors, including general physicians, specialists, and community health officers, predominantly in rural and isolated communities using Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centres (AB-HWCs).

Operating on a Hub & Spoke model, eSanjeevani has served over 106 million patients through a vast network of 115,618 spokes and 15,816 hubs across states and union territories as of March 2023. The platform strengthens India's commitment to Universal Health Coverage and supports multiple Sustainable Development Goals. The entire service lifecycle, from design to support and capacity building, is managed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing under the Health Informatics Group in Mohali on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
