FibreAct – Fiber Field Service

FibreAct is the app for technicians working in fiber-optic and network construction. Your daily jobs, photo documentation, measurements and the customer signature come together on the device — even when there is no connection.

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION
In a basement, on a new development or in a dead spot: captured data, photos and forms are stored on the device and transmitted automatically as soon as there is a connection again. No lost work, no second trip to the site.

YOUR JOBS AT A GLANCE
• The day's jobs with address, customer details, appointment and status
• Search, filter and sort by your own criteria
• Navigation to the site and direct contact with the customer by call, SMS or e-mail
• Report status: planned, on the way, in progress, completed

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION ON SITE
• Capture and attach directly to the right step of the job
• Annotate in the editor with text, shapes, measurements and your company logo
• Adjustable photo resolution and orientation to save mobile data
• Photos can additionally be saved to the device gallery

FORMS, MEASUREMENTS AND SIGNATURE
• Digital forms instead of paper, structured per job type
• Record measurements directly in the form
• Digital customer signature on the device, so the handover is on record
• Save drafts and continue later
• The outbox shows what is still waiting to be transmitted

APPOINTMENTS AND REMINDERS
Monthly and weekly views of your own appointments, with a reminder before each job. Appointments can optionally be synced to the device calendar.

MATERIALS
Record the material used per installation. Handovers between colleagues are done by QR code.

CONFIGURABLE PER REGION
Each region can have its own forms, job types and status lists. What has to be recorded in one district does not automatically apply in the next. Changes reach your device without an app update.

LOCATION PERMISSIONS
FibreAct uses location to assign jobs to the correct site and to document installations. Collection in the background — that is, also when the app is closed — is not enabled by default: it becomes active only if your company switches it on AND you explicitly grant the permission on the device. Before that, a notice explains the purpose and scope. The permission can be withdrawn at any time; the app remains usable without location access.

DATA PROTECTION AND SERVER LOCATION
Our application and database servers are operated in Germany. Personal data arising from the use of FibreAct is stored exclusively on servers within the European Union.

PLEASE NOTE
FibreAct is a business application. Your access is set up by your company; the app offers no sales and no in-app purchases. Signing in is not possible without a company account.
