FiberHub

FiberHub is the internal work tool for connect@home technicians. The app consolidates daily order and installation documentation in one place:

• View orders and residential units – even offline on the construction site

• Take installation photos directly at the building connection and assign them to the order

• Record voice notes and have them automatically summarized

• Create work records (timesheets)

• Complete measurement and test reports (VDE / DGUV V3) and generate them as PDFs

• Service reports and installation confirmations

Use requires a FiberHub account. FiberHub is intended exclusively for authorized connect@home employees and partner companies.
