Parcelforce Worldwide Chrome Extension simplifies tracking and sending parcels with an easy-to-use interface. You can enter single tracking numbers without registering or register to save your delivery preferences like a safe place, preferred neighbour, or Post Office® branch. The app features a 'My Parcel Live' map showing your delivery location and estimated one-hour delivery window, helping you stay updated in real-time. You can also leave notes for your Parcelforce driver and begin your parcel booking directly within the extension.

Important Update: From 3rd May 2025, the Parcelforce App will be withdrawn. Users will transition to the Royal Mail App, which offers the same functions plus extra features. Download now to streamline your parcel deliveries and stay informed effortlessly.

Very poor. Regularly shows an error message and sometimes it won't clear unless the app is force stopped. My tracking info seemed okay, then a few minutes later when I check again, I get a message saying it can't find any tracking information for my parcel, despite the website tracking showing it. I cleared my history and cache, and then it wouldn't let me re register saying I had attempted too many pin attempts?! I tried one pin attempt! Absolute waste of time. Uninstall.

Update 5 years later. Pointless app that rarely works but more often just gives error messages, seemingly impossible to register and omits all the useful features and options a proper delivery company includes. Presumably they made an app because all the other delivery companies do so but fail to realise it's actually supposed to work.
