WeightNote — Weight Tracker

WeightNote is a quiet, private place to record your weight.

Log a measurement in a few seconds, see how you are actually doing over time, and keep every number on your own phone. No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no ads, no tracking. The app does not have internet permission at all.

WHAT IT DOES

• Log your weight in seconds — today, or backdated to any earlier date and time
• Add an optional note to any measurement
• See your current weight, the change since your last weigh-in, and your change over seven days
• Follow a seven-day smoothed trend line alongside your day-to-day numbers, so normal fluctuation stops looking like progress or failure
• Set a target weight and watch honest progress towards it — losing or gaining, both work the same
• See an estimated date for reaching your target at your current rate, shown only when your recent data actually supports one
• Review statistics for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, a year, or everything you have logged
• Browse your full history grouped by month, and edit or delete any entry — with an undo if you change your mind
• Optionally add your height to see your body mass index as a plain reference figure
• Choose kilograms or pounds; switching only changes what you see, never what is stored
• Set a gentle daily reminder on the days you choose — skipped automatically on days you have already weighed in
• Light, dark, or follow your system theme
• Export everything to CSV through the system file picker
• Delete all your data whenever you like, in one confirmed step

BUILT TO BE CALM

A weight that moves is not automatically good or bad news — it depends on where you are heading. WeightNote never colours a measurement red, never scolds you for a gap in your logging, and never turns a missed day into a broken streak. The seven-day trend line exists so that one heavy morning does not read as a setback.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your measurements are stored in the app's private storage on your device and nowhere else. There is no server to leak them and no account to lose. The only permission the app can request is notifications, and only if you turn reminders on. Everything you have recorded can be exported to a file you choose, or erased completely, from Settings.

NOT A MEDICAL APP

WeightNote records numbers you enter and does arithmetic on them. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. If you have concerns about your weight or your eating, please talk to a doctor.
