Choose light, dark, or system theme. Pick an accent color. Prefer kg or lb. Decide which dashboard metrics appear on Progress — including whether to show BMI and the smoothed trend line.

### Charts

The Progress chart shows your recorded weights with clear movement colors. An optional grey smoothed trend stays secondary so the real measurements remain easy to read. Pinch to zoom, drag to pan, use Reset view after zooming, and tap a point for details.

### History

Browse every entry in order. Edit weight, time, context, mood, or note. Delete with undo. Add a past entry manually when you need to fill a gap.

### Backup

Export a full local JSON backup of your entries and preferences, or import one to restore. Backup is part of the free core experience — not locked behind a purchase.

### Premium

Premium features are not available for purchase in this release. The free version already includes the core tracker, charts, BMI tools, history, customization, and backup. Any Premium locks you may see are provisional placeholders for a future update.
