Daily Stretch - Flexibility

A day at a desk leaves the neck, shoulders, and lower back tight in all the usual places. This app gives you a short stretch routine you can actually fit into a break, instead of a full workout you'll skip.

Each routine walks you through the moves one at a time, with the stretch name, a short cue for how to do it, and a timer that counts each hold — plus a gentle buzz when the next stretch starts. There's a Wake Up set for the morning, a Desk Break for the afternoon slump, and a Wind Down for before bed, plus focused neck, shoulder, and hip routines.

It works offline with no account, so you can do it at your desk, in a hotel room, or on the floor at home.
