How It Works

Create a custom shortcut (like ;brb) and assign it a replacement phrase (like Be right back!). The moment you type your shortcut, it is instantly replaced with your expanded text, saving you physical effort and time.


Dynamic System Macros

AutoPhrase Text Expander goes beyond static text replacement. Add dynamic variables into your snippets to further reduce manual data entry:


{date} & {time}: Instantly inject the current date or time.


{date+Xd}: Calculate future dates automatically (e.g., {date+14d} inserts a date two weeks from today).

{random:Option A|Option B}: Add variety to your writing by having the engine randomly select a phrase with virtually no limits on how many phrases to choose from, as long as they're separated by a |.
