When I installed the app early this year 2024, I booked and you guys came to pick up, then the balance in my wallet was cleared automatically 2. 2024-09-25	Li*****	I used this service for the first time in August. I scheduled a pickup and they came after 2 weeks. They weighed my empty bottles and it was 5.1kg. But, the payment I received, was 551 Naira 😂😂😂. It's so ridiculous. I can't withdraw the money because the minimum withdrawal limit is 2000 Naira. What a waste of my precious time. I'm going to delete my membership and the app.

They keep promising to come pick up after scheduling and rescheduling for pickup several times but all to no absolute avail. That's very poor. It is really a good means of income but your services has been so frustrating and discouraging. Please do better in terms of pick up.

And also they don't allow people to pay out their money .. they are always having one network issue or the other. They'll collect your plastics or products for recycling and take a long time through a long process to pay, and when they finally pay , you won't get access to the money , and they have placed a 100 naira service charge on the money , so if you were payed 3100 naira, you can only get access to 3000 naira. Scam!!

2024-04-23	Ok*****	This is nothing but a scam ,I gave them two full bags of plastic and it weighs 7.10 and all they gave me was 400naira ,I tried to withdraw and it showed insufficient balance then I called them and they told me I had to get upto 2000naira and the worst part is that they remove 100naira from every withdrawal. Apart from that when I ordered the schedule showed me that they will come 14th and they ended up coming 23rd of the next month , thats how bad it is please don't waste data or plastic
