Always telling you to update the app even when just downloaded. I have different apps I use and it takes time before it's updated. But pakam app keeps instructing you to update app which I think is a way of extortion. Please you guys should do better before I DISCONTINUE with you cos you're wasting my data.

Are you sure your company is ready to do business 1. When I installed the app early this year 2024, I booked and you guys came to pick up, then the balance in my wallet was cleared automatically 2. I had to create another account with the same details again and I can't schedule for pick up Bad service Make your app service better or you use web page if you can't handle the app
