2026-08-08	Ke*****	Gave this app a chance because co-workers used it in the past. Setting it up was extremely difficult because ads kept popping up for every little change I made. Whoever put the ads in definitely didn't understand the proper etiquette of when to show ads. Definitely not intuitive setting up but once you get it running it seems decent.

2026-08-07	Gr*****	Used this for a couple of years now, would recommend it. No tech support though.. Emails ignored..so be warned.. I posted the above in 2016, just got a reply in 2026!!!!! like I said there's no technical support, but I used the app for 12 years and found it useful for my shifts.

I understand new customers may be placed on a subscription model, but existing customers who already paid should not be required to pay again. It is unfair to change the agreement after purchase. Please honour the original one-time licence for long-term users or provide a fair alternative that recognises the commitment and support we have given your app over the years.

Now, to be forced to deal with ads and unwanted subscriptions is tragically the way app models have been going. To squeeze every last cent from the people while gathering all your data. It's a shame that original purchase is not enough anymore. You will own nothing and you will be happy...😪

This should be a ONE TIME PAYMENT option... im.not subscribing to something like this when there are so many other options out there.. i like this app but it doesnt warrant a subscription just to remove ads........ Reaponse:::: Why the hell would i contact support ? this isnt a "support" issue... this is an "advertising" issue.... your app is too simple to warrant subscriptions !!!
