I purchased MyShiftWork as a one-time purchase and have been a loyal user for years. I understand new customers may be placed on a subscription model, but existing customers who already paid should not be required to pay again. It is unfair to change the agreement after purchase. Please honour the original one-time licence for long-term users or provide a fair alternative that recognises the commitment and support we have given your app over the years.
