2026-02-09	Re*****	Very disappointing despite their best efforts. I had trouble with this app from the start as I'm based in the UK. My German friend recommended it and I bought the thermometre and signed up to the annual subscription. I had huge technical issues getting the app to work in the beginning. I have to give credit to their Customer Service Team who were very fast and trying to be helpful.On 27 Jan a message for the mandatory Ovy App Update 7.0.4 - no I have an expensive thermometre that doesn't work.

2026-02-08	su*****	I have been using this for the last 8-10 years. just to track my period. Now they have discontinued and started a new app with no possibility of data backup. Lost data for the last decade. such disappointment.

I bought a basal thermometer and it said on the box it works with the Ovy app and the instructions inside also said how great the app was to see a temperature graph so I thought I'd try it, even though I've been quite happy with Flo. I downloaded it and immediately found that my thermometer won't link via Bluetooth so I'd be entering the temperature daily anyway, which I can do in Flo and also in an excel sheet if I wanted. EVERYTHING else is locked behind a giant paywall. Do not bother

2025-07-31	Ka*****	I purchased the box in store with the thermometer and on the box it says + Ovy app. Only to find a basic thermometer in the box and I must pay extra for the app. It does not come included. I mailed them and they say its not included in purchase, so I paid x6 for a thermometer only. This is such a rip-off, I feel they should let you know on the box that the app is an additional charge. So disappointed, don't recommend this at all. I'm really angry that I paid for nothing. good job ovy !!!

2025-06-26	Pa*****	I used to use this app 2 years ago and it worked very well at that time. Now, despite a clear temperature peak and other symptoms, the whole cycle is marked as fertile and does not show ovulation. I am therefore canceling the subscription and do not recommend this app. There are other better ones and on top of that, they are free.
