Very disappointing despite their best efforts. I had trouble with this app from the start as I'm based in the UK. My German friend recommended it and I bought the thermometre and signed up to the annual subscription. I had huge technical issues getting the app to work in the beginning. I have to give credit to their Customer Service Team who were very fast and trying to be helpful.On 27 Jan a message for the mandatory Ovy App Update 7.0.4 - no I have an expensive thermometre that doesn't work.

I have been using this for the last 8-10 years. just to track my period. Now they have discontinued and started a new app with no possibility of data backup. Lost data for the last decade. such disappointment.
