You already own the Tappecue, the most flexible controller/thermometer on the market. Now you can give it the smarts and skills to do what no other meat thermometer can. This makes your Tappecue® more accurate and more consistent at determining the doneness of your meat than any meat thermometer. The Meatrix System’s technology is so precise it gives you the ability to choose between 15 doneness levels for each meat type.

Meatrix technology has the intelligence to guide you through the cooking process. It tells you when to flip the meat, so your meat is the doneness you want throughout the thickness of the meat. It can determine if your meat is getting so hot that it will continue to cook when you remove it from the heat and alert you to reduce the temperature of the meat.

You can select any or all probes on your Tappecue® to be monitored by the Meatrix System app. If you have more than one Tappecue®, you can monitor the meats attached to them as well, allowing you to monitor more than just the 8 probes that come with each Tappecue®.
