2025-02-01	Na*****	what a terrible app, account creation keeps clearing data when I change app to view my password safe to create the logon, after I managed to create the account (using the website) and then logging in with my email address and trying to pay for my order it couldn't proceed as my phone number wasn't verified, why bother having the options to logon with email address or phone number if you only use phone number. The app needs to be vastly improved, even the verify phone fails to work!

2024-12-19	Mi*****	Works OK but somewhat painful to use compared the web site. App sign up was not possible just using the app as the app reset when the email app was switched to for verification. The website details do not feed into the app so I had to redo the order just to be able to use the app only code. Checkout showed an endless spinner if you are not quick enough or if you leave the app and come back to it. No payment option for online banking available meaning the extra surcharge fee is unavoidable.

2024-12-08	Mi*****	Unable to use the app, trying to register and it wants a code from email/txt, but the minute you switch to another app to get the code, it restarts and you have to re enter and get another code... Deleted app.

Could not activate because it restarts registration every time the app is minimized, therefore requiring a new code to be generated each time. Last time it defaulted delivery to the restaurants address, the restaurant had no option or access to rectify, and no way to contact app to fix either. Had to place a 2nd order, pay twice, pick up instead of delivery and the lovely restaurant staff helped us with a refund from their end.
