User Reviews

Users generally find the app convenient for local food ordering when functional, but most experience serious issues including app crashes during account creation and OTP verification, unreliable phone number verification, and frequent payment failures due to issues with bank app integration. Orders sometimes default incorrectly and customer service is unhelpful. Despite promotions encouraging app use, users report frustration and recommend using other methods or apps.

Pros

Convenient for ordering food locally with nearby restaurant options.
App interface is easy to use when it works.
Offers discount codes and promotions.
Some users successfully received their orders despite app issues.

Cons

App frequently crashes and restarts during registration and login, especially when switching apps to retrieve OTP codes.
Verification via phone number and OTP codes often fail or do not work properly.
Payment process is problematic; switching to bank app for payment confirmation breaks the order flow leading to errors and inability to complete payment.
Order defaults to pickup instead of delivery without option to correct, causing incorrect orders and payment issues.
Poor customer support and communication regarding order and refund issues.

Recent reviews

what a terrible app, account creation keeps clearing data when I change app to view my password safe to create the logon, after I managed to create the account (using the website) and then logging in with my email address and trying to pay for my order it couldn't proceed as my phone number wasn't verified, why bother having the options to logon with email address or phone number if you only use phone number. The app needs to be vastly improved, even the verify phone fails to work!
