Orbit

Orbit is a complete dealer management app that puts everything you need to run your business in one place — leads, customers, deals, inventory, orders, point-of-sale billing, and your team, all from your phone.

Built for dealers and their sales teams, Orbit connects directly to your distribution network so you always have real-time visibility into what's happening on the ground.

KEY FEATURES

📋 Lead Management
Capture and track leads from first contact to conversion. Log tasks and notes, filter by status and priority, and convert qualified leads straight into customers or deals — no re-entering data.

👥 Customer Management
Maintain a complete customer directory with contact details, notes, tasks, deals, and invoices — all organized in one profile so nothing gets lost between conversations.

💼 Deal Tracking
Move deals through every stage with a visual pipeline. Track notes and tasks per deal, and keep a clear view of what's in progress, what's won, and what needs attention.

📦 Inventory & Stock Requests
Browse your product catalog and raise stock requests in a few taps. Add items, adjust quantities, review price breakups with tax, and submit orders for approval.

🚚 Order Tracking
Track every order from Approval Pending through Approved, Dispatched, and Delivered. Cancel pending orders when needed, and confirm receipt once stock arrives.

🧾 Point of Sale (POS)
Create invoices on the spot — search products, adjust prices and discounts per line, apply order-level discounts, and bill walk-in customers, leads, or existing customers. Supports both cash and credit sales with flexible payment status tracking.

🧾 Invoices
Keep a record of every invoice generated, linked back to the customer and deal it belongs to.

👤 Roles & Team Management
Set up your team with role-based permissions across every module — control exactly who can view, add, edit, or delete records, and manage sub-user accounts including password resets.

🔍 Powerful Search
Find leads, customers, deals, and more instantly with fast, module-wide search and filtering built into every list.
