It works, but user experience is at low level, the same as Romanian version. And there's a lot of lags, a lot of restarts needed to pay an urgent bill. And why not allow users to pay the bill even the period is expired? Expired period - no internet - no bill - go and search for shops. Why nobody's thinking about that? Romanian app version allow to ay the bill and activate options even if you don't have internet.
