Tengo 500 minutos de llamadas a Reino Unido incluidas en mi contrato de prepago 10 y esta ya es la segunda vez que hago una llamada y me la cobran de mi saldo. De nuevo tendré que llamar para reclamar y perder mi tiempo, qué mal servicio al cliente. Tras llamar para reclamar, no sólo no me devolvieron el dinero de la llamada, sino que además me activaron un tono de espera sin yo solicitarlo, con lo que tuve que llamar de nuevo para reclamar otra vez y perder mi tiempo.
