2023-06-04	Sh*****	The app is great, but it stops working properly when used for a long time, which requires signing out and in again for it to work better. I hope this performance issue gets solved soon to help us, doctors, answer, and stay longer using the app.

2023-03-21	Pu*****	Very bad experience! Earlier they used to deduct 29% from my consultation fee, recently they deducted an unreasonable 45% for a video consultation!! Repeated reminders did not solve the issue. I am practicing on other platforms and they pay the full amount of my consultation fee.

2022-04-23	Dr*****	With new updates the layout is Cartoonish, donot seems to be professional from my point of view. The previous layout was much better . Very less pay queries now a days. Graph seems to be going down instead of rising .

2022-04-06	Ñì*****	(1) plz improve the app so that the photos n attachment fit in the mobile phone screen properly. At present it opens in a wierd way - zoomed into half the screen . (2) allow login to computer n phone simultaneously (3) it's impossible to write generic names of multivitamins , sunscreens , n hair lotion with multiple constituents - allow brand names of them .

2022-02-15	ph*****	Quite a good app using since 1 year. Only thing is that when query is available no notifications will be displayed, need to open the app to check wheather there are any queries available or not. Need to fix this issue, this is from the day one am observing.

2021-05-25	Sh*****	The service is good. But the main issue is there are mostly free queries. Since past 5 months i have had on 6 paid queries. Plus the free query patients rarely ever follow up. The app should start charging a minimal fee of atleast rs 100 for each query and remove the free query system completelym free queries can be given as a reward or something to regular patients but not to everyone. Plus maximun patients are also here for a second opinion only. No doctor would keep working for free always.

2020-09-11	Pr*****	Hi have been using this app for a while. I am highly disappointed to see only free queries piling up everyday! I think icliniq can only succeed if they are in a will to pay a minimum to doctors for their consult. Or else it will be a huge failure in coming days! No professional prefers to work free all the time. They should understand this. Some people even give a negative feedback inspite of getting free medical advise from a consultant ( becoz the query was answered late) ! Such a shame.

2020-08-22	Sh*****	I have been using the app for a few days now and there seems to be many bugs in it. The uploading of photo failed without errors and the amount shows up to be Rs. 55 first and then becomes 0 on every load of the app. It's a utility app so these could be overlooked but hope these issues get fixed soon to have a better experience on the app.
