Users appreciate the app's ability to access and track medical records, prescriptions, and communicate with doctors, including telehealth features. However, many suffer from frequent crashes, login issues, and poor messaging functionality. COVID-19 vaccine scheduling is ineffective, and features like favorites and notifications are buggy. The app's responsiveness and loading times are also problematic, resulting in a frustrating user experience despite some UI improvements.

Access to medical records and prescriptions from years ago enabling health progress tracking.
Ability to communicate with doctors via messaging and telehealth options.
Ease of sharing files and viewing visit notes, vitals, vaccine history, and labs.
User interface improvements noticed after updates.
Provides video consultations when in-person visits are not possible.

Cons

App frequently crashes or freezes, especially after updates.
Login and account access issues including registration code errors and Health ID problems.
Messaging system is poor: difficult to type, missing reply and draft features, and lack of message history.
COVID-19 vaccination scheduling is not functional or user-friendly.
Favorites feature to save doctors doesn’t work as intended.
Notifications are buggy, sometimes showing raw HTML or not appearing at all.
Slow loading times and unresponsiveness when trying to view mails, labs, or other data.

Recent reviews

Not usable after app update 01/02/24 - screen will not be refreshed as you select lab report or anything with data to be posted. Not sure what's going on. The app was never great but fairly responsive.
