PDF Toolbox

PDF Toolbox does the everyday PDF jobs other apps lock behind a subscription — and it does them entirely on your phone. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never watermarked, and saving is never paywalled. No account. No subscription. No catch.

WHAT IT DOES
• Merge — combine several PDFs into one, in the order you pick them.
• Split — turn one PDF into a file per page, or extract page ranges like "1-3, 5".
• Reorder — move pages up and down until the document reads right.
• Rotate — fix sideways pages, one at a time or in batches of 90°.
• Delete — drop pages you don't need.
• Compress — shrink big scans and photo PDFs toward a smaller file, with an honest before/after size readout. (Compressed pages become pictures, so text isn't selectable in the copy — the app says so up front, and if a file can't get smaller, it tells you and keeps the original.)
• Images to PDF — turn photos and images into a clean PDF.
• See before you save — real page pictures and a full-page preview, so you always know what you're operating on.
• Save anywhere or share — results go through Android's own save dialog and share sheet. You choose where every file lands.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything runs on this device. PDF Toolbox has no server and no account system. It asks for no storage permission — files are opened and saved only through Android's system pickers, exactly where you point it. A small recent-documents list (names and page counts only) stays on the phone to help you reopen your work.

Honest limits: files up to 64 MB; password-protected PDFs can't be opened (the app will tell you plainly); there is no text editing or OCR — this is a page workshop, not a word processor.
