OperO

OperO is the work tool for service companies: porterage, set-ups, and removals. The office organizes the construction sites, and workers see their shifts and hours. One place, updated simultaneously for everyone.

FOR THOSE WHO WORK IN THE FIELD

• Shift assignments, with location, time, team, and contact person
• Call closure at the end of work: real hours, not estimates
• Monthly hours, counted as the office counts them, with no surprises at the end of the month
• Your account: advances, accrued compensation, balance
• Monthly calendar and availability declared in advance
• Office numbers, always at your fingertips

FOR THE OFFICE

• Client records and rate list, with weekdays, nights, and holidays
• Construction sites and teams: who goes there, who drives, who is responsible
• Hours worked calculated by the system, not manually
• Worker accounts: employees and VAT-registered collaborators, each with their own rules
• Invoices in PDF and Excel, ready to send

HOW ACCESS WORKS

OperO is not an app you sign up for. The company secretary opens the account and provides the credentials along with the company code. Each company sees only its own data: the separation is enforced by the database, not by the appearance of the screens.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

It doesn't track your location, either while you're using it or in the background. It doesn't read your address book, photos, or messages. It doesn't contain advertising and doesn't track your behavior.
