2025-01-22	Sm*****	App crash as I was doing the rental application. I also noticed similar pictures of the rental with different addresses. 3 stars for the convenience it offers and how user-friendly it is.

2024-10-29	De*****	Very helpful from the tenant side. I can see why landlords hate it so much. Landlords have gotten away with taking advantage of tenants for too long. However, I will say that, like anywhere else, take all reviews with a grain of salt. Personally I've found it super helpful in my apartment this year and helped me avoid some potentially hazardous and unpleasant living situations.

2024-05-27	Ja*****	Hate this app honestly, it's utterly useless. Even the live support agent, I wouldn't recommend even downloading it. Wasted my money on the application for no reason, don't even bother with thus app honestly.

2023-04-20	bo*****	I want to recommend this app and site to anyone looking to rent in the city. There is a wealth of information in not just the reviews but also the history of associates and building violations. You see it all in this app. Some buildings do not have reviews under them, but hopefully with more people using and contributing, that can get better.

2023-03-31	Na*****	You must be joking. I registered in this app on 9/8/2020, and today, on 3/31/2023, I received a message that my review was not approved. Does this mean that it was not posted for 2.5 years? What's the point of this app then? The building could've changed the management several times over this period. UPD: Oh and from my apartment search back in 2020 and 2021 I remember I didn't use this app in the end. I don't remember if it was useless or it never gave me permission to see the listings.

I'm trying to research for a move, I've never lived in the city before and therefore I am blocked from accessing the ratings. This is a huge design flaw. Also, there is no way to report fake listings that I noticed. If I'm seeing listings for unrealistic prices like $33 for a Manhattan apartment with over 4 stars rating (which I can't even read) being posted by a realtor, I cannot trust them to be accurate.

2022-10-18	M *****	You are better off using a computer to type your review. I had to do mine about 4 times; any time you break from the screen, the page refreshes, and you lose all of your text. If you allow the screen to go black; if you receive a text message/call; if you switch to another app and then come back, then you will need to start all over. It is extremely frustrating. I also hit the submit button and nothing happened, and ofc once I hit the back button to retry, everything was gone.

2022-06-22	Ha*****	Great idea with useful information if you get it to work. The date picker and other text inputs were not displaying the text. And this is for Google Pixel phone which is unacceptable. Besides that, for the email sign up the "Sign up" button is missing. You need to polish your app.
