Very helpful from the tenant side. I can see why landlords hate it so much. Landlords have gotten away with taking advantage of tenants for too long. However, I will say that, like anywhere else, take all reviews with a grain of salt. Personally I've found it super helpful in my apartment this year and helped me avoid some potentially hazardous and unpleasant living situations.
