2026-06-03	Je*****	consistent problems with email trails to try to fix. the fixes happen but takes longer than the time is alotted. if seems like they don't care we are trying to run a business when they are trying to fix the issues. whenever they do an up date there are many problems the fallowing week for the majority of the week until it's fixed. very dissatisfied with this service.

2026-03-30	Na*****	Forced to use this app, or I never would. They are constantly trying to update everything, and every update breaks the app. It is often completely unusable, which makes my job super fun! Thanks upkeep! (I use the app on IOS and android, problematic on both)

2026-03-19	Ka*****	Ideally daily. Great ux interface. Gets job done. however the Android interface has gotten worse and is quite slow and disconnects or says error often. the desktop version has also gone downhill and become way too cumbersome with detail. we will continue to use it however

2026-01-20	Aa*****	I was worried this app was going to be wonky on Android (as is common with platformer apps, they tend to be smoother on iOS) but the product team has really been in top of this. It's smooth, intuitive and very easy to use and navigate and works seamlessly with the desktop version.
