Online Till

Online Till Clock In/Clock Out is the staff app for workplaces that run Online Till. Your employer creates your account, so there is nothing to set up yourself.

CLOCK IN WITH A TAP
Hold your phone to the clock plate at work to clock in or out. No queue at a shared screen and no forgotten punches. If the signal drops, the tap is saved on your phone and sent as soon as you are back online.

YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE
See your rota, your next shift and the hours you have worked so far. Managers publish the rota once and everyone has it on their phone.

TIME OFF WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK
Request holiday or sick leave, check the days you have left, and get a notification the moment it is approved.

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE EARNED
A running estimate of your pay for the current period, with every shift behind the number.

TEAM CHAT AND NOTICES
Messages, group chats and announcements from work, kept separate from your personal apps.

FORMS, TASKS AND DOCUMENTS
Fill in the forms your workplace asks for, tick off tasks, and keep right-to-work and training documents in one place.

FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS
A live board of who is in, the shift map, timesheet approvals, wages by pay period, reports and the sign-in log, all from the same app.

LOCATION AND PHOTOS, ONLY WHEN YOUR WORKPLACE ASKS
Some workplaces require a location or a photo with each clock-in. The app explains what it needs before it asks, and you choose. Where your employer switches on automatic clock-out, the app checks your location every couple of minutes while you are clocked in, so you are clocked out if you leave the workplace. A notification is shown for as long as it runs, and it stops the moment you clock out. Nothing is recorded outside your shift.

YOUR DATA
Your account belongs to your employer's workspace. You can read the privacy policy and delete your account from inside the app.
