Clock in and out
Clock in when you arrive and out when you leave. Location verification confirms
you are on site, so your hours are accurate and there is no paperwork to chase.
Went somewhere without signal? Your clock-in is saved on your device and syncs
automatically as soon as you are back online.

Time off
Request leave in a few taps, see how much you have left, and check the team
calendar before you book so you know who else is off.

Expenses and mileage
Photograph a receipt and file the expense on the spot. Log mileage with automatic
HMRC-rate calculations. Track what has been approved and what is still pending.

Payslips and documents

TeamZap asks for your location only when you clock in or out, to confirm you are
at your workplace. It is never tracked in the background.

GETTING STARTED
TeamZap is used by teams whose employer has a TeamZap account. Your workplace
will send you an invite to join — you cannot sign up independently.
