While opening the app Im getting error please enable phone lock but my phone already enabled the security lock

Consult a doctor option is not working. Trying from past 1 week, after entering our details it is displaying "unable to send OTP, try after some time". From 1 week it is throwing same error. On calling helpline they simply said as it is displaying you have to try after sometime. Useless app
