2024-11-30	El*****	The courses are great but I do not recommend getting a paid membership because the videos keep stopping randomly and the app crashes. I've been trying to use the app for 4 months and the September update did not fix these issues. Very useless and deceiving when you are doing meditation and it stops. Customer service was no help.

2024-11-27	Me*****	The rating relates to stability, not content. Nothing more frustrating and annoying when listening to content, especially meditations, and the app crashes. The content is great but also not a fan of the layout but can live with it so long as the app works properly. Happy to update this review if I see improvements. For now, I'll use something else for meditation. I've had a paid membership now for over a year and I don't recall it crashing this much as it has in the last several months.

2024-07-27	Ka*****	I WILL CHANGE MY RATING ONCE THE BUG IS FIXED As of now, I give the app 1 star because it crashes every time I try to open the app. I was able to sign up for my 14 day free trial but as soon as I did, it started crashing and on the Play Store it says if you don't sign-in for the first 3 days, your account will be canceled for you. I think this is super unfair since I did purchase the free trial but the app crashes before I can get signed back in. I truly hope I didn't just waste the free trial

2024-07-09	Ja*****	Put in my payment method multiple times (even tried different payment methods) and was never given access. Messaged customer service who lagged in their response. Ended up cancelling the subscription before the trial period was over. Got an email this morning that they still tried to charge me, even though the subscription is cancelled on my end. The platform is messy and not user-friendly. Lost a customer here.

2024-05-07	Is*****	I purchased a Lifetime Membership about 1 year ago. There are many times I log in to try and access content and I am stuck on a carousel of signing in and being asked to sign in to access content! What am I supposed to be doing. Is there content on the app that is inaccessible even to lifetime members? This app needs a massive update. Why am I getting popups offering me a 14 day trial of I am a lifetime member? Very frustrating

2024-05-05	Jo*****	Constant issues with paid subscription. I try to view a course and it says I'm not authorised go to my subscription and all paid up and can watch with my subscription. Just going to request my money back on Monday. Oh. Another point no staff available on weekends to deal with These issues. I'd rate 0 stars for support alone if possible.

2023-05-18	El*****	After updating the app, I've been automatically logged out twice. When I try to sign in again, it says invalid email. When I request a password reset, I follow the prompts sent to my email. After all the resets. And updating the app on Android. I try and sign in again on the app... Just to get the red notice : invalid email...again. I really hope you can fix this frustrating glitch!

2023-05-09	Je*****	Awful client service, I have been double charged for subscription, its taking me months going back and forth with commune to get a refund. I had communication with them initially where they admitted error on their side but refuse to issue a refund to be. I do enjoy the content, just would expect the company ethos to match what they are preaching.

2022-07-20	Ju*****	A good app, as I can download & listen without internet as long as you realise to click on my lessons at bottom of screen after you've downloaded the recording. It took me a while to discover this.
