App frequently crashes and glitches, causing playback interruptions especially during meditation.
Persistent login issues including invalid email errors and automatic logouts.
Subscription and payment problems, including unauthorized charges and access denial despite active membership.
App does not remember users’ progress or save where they left off in courses.
Poor customer service response, especially on weekends, and delays in resolving issues.

Recent reviews

The courses are great but I do not recommend getting a paid membership because the videos keep stopping randomly and the app crashes. I've been trying to use the app for 4 months and the September update did not fix these issues. Very useless and deceiving when you are doing meditation and it stops. Customer service was no help.

The rating relates to stability, not content. Nothing more frustrating and annoying when listening to content, especially meditations, and the app crashes. The content is great but also not a fan of the layout but can live with it so long as the app works properly. Happy to update this review if I see improvements. For now, I'll use something else for meditation. I've had a paid membership now for over a year and I don't recall it crashing this much as it has in the last several months.
