ShopSM is valued for convenient online grocery shopping and an improving UI, but suffers from stock updates failures, payment/check-out glitches, slow/buggy performance, delivery issues (late, incomplete, or wrong items), and weak customer support. International users face geo-restrictions as well. Overall, the experience is inconsistent and frustrating due to recurring operational problems.

I can't proceed with the check out whenever i choose the payment link its not directing and said workflow etc. Even the other options payments its just keeps on loading

lags.slow poor this is suppose to cater online shopping but availability of merchandise is not updated. when you arrive to the store for pick up it is never ready. this app needs a huge improvement its a headache!
