I think your wasting your money on software developer that didn't know how to develop a working app.. It always loops to the login/page the moment i already login/sign up. Even your customer service is useless. It didn't solve my problems about the app as i wait patiently in queues to no avail.

I wonder why they can't make an app that works given that they're one of the biggest company here. I never had a problem with my Robinson's GoRewards app but this one, there's always an issue. Just useless. Plus the points is not up to date. It takes days or weeks for the points to appear whereas the GoRewards points appears up to date every time I use it. Probably time to hire better tech people?
